Solis S2-RF-LINK radio logger (ST + Gateway)
Solis S2-RF-LINK (S2-RF-ST + S2-RF-Gateway) is a wireless radio monitoring system for sites with difficult signal conditions (long distances, concrete walls, metal hangars). The system consists of a radio module (ST) connected to the inverter and a central gateway that collects data over the radio channel and forwards it to SolisCloud.

Overview
Solis S2-RF-LINK is a dedicated solution for stable monitoring of solar power plants where ordinary Wi-Fi or 4G coverage near the inverter is absent or unreliable. The kit comprises the S2-RF-ST radio transmitter (connected directly to the Solis inverter through a Plug & Play port) and the S2-RF-Gateway (installed where internet reception is strong).
Communication between the radio module and the gateway runs on an interference-resistant radio frequency, delivering far greater transmission range and much better penetration through walls, floor slabs and metal structures than standard Wi-Fi modules. The gateway receives the radio signal from one or more inverters and relays the consolidated data to the SolisCloud platform over LAN or Wi-Fi.
The system works on a «fit and forget» principle: it has non-volatile memory that retains data if the connection drops, a high ingress protection rating on the external module, and support for remote firmware updates (OTA) and online diagnostics.

Start from the site's average daily consumption and the peak load the inverter has to carry in off-grid mode. The power range of each modification and the recommended PV array size for it are listed in the product card under "Key specifications" — for a precise selection, contact a Solis dealer or use the form below.

The list of validated batteries is published on the product page — in the compatible-equipment section, where one has already been compiled for that model. The voltage range (LV or HV, depending on the series) is stated in the technical specifications either way. If there is no list, or the battery you need is not on it, contact the Solis Ukraine technical department — compatibility should be confirmed separately.

Most Solis hybrid and off-grid inverters support connecting a generator with automatic start-up when the battery is discharged. Whether a specific model has this function, and how it is wired, is stated under "Key features" and in the "Technical specifications" table of the product card.

It depends on the series: single-phase models are designed for a 220 V grid, three-phase models for 380/400 V. The exact connection type for a given product is stated in the "Grid phases" card under "Key specifications".

Solis equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which in Ukraine is administered by official dealers and authorised service centres.
