Solis S6-EH3P (15–20 kW) is a three-phase high-voltage hybrid inverter from the S6 series for large residential properties and small businesses. It works with batteries rated 150–800 V, features 3–4 MPPT trackers, delivers instant backup power (UPS <10 ms) and supports parallel operation of up to 6 units.

Overview
The Solis S6-EH3P hybrid inverter (15–20 kW) is a flagship three-phase solution built on High Voltage technology and designed for sites with demanding requirements for power, fast charging and energy efficiency. Rated from 15 to 20 kW, the series targets large residences, private estates, business centres, production areas, warehouses and vehicle service centres with a three-phase supply.
The key advantage of this model over entry-level and low-voltage alternatives is the combination of high rated power with a high-voltage battery bus interface (150–600 V). Transferring energy at higher voltage means substantially lower operating currents on the battery side. This minimises cable heating, reduces the inverter's internal thermal losses, delivers high efficiency and allows peak charge/discharge currents to be absorbed and released instantly — critical for storing energy quickly in a short space of time.
The device provides reliable protection for the site during blackouts. The transfer to battery backup power takes less than 10 ms, keeping servers, data centres, security systems and sensitive automation running without interruption. Thanks to its generous overload headroom and three-phase architecture, the inverter easily handles the inrush currents of heavy industrial and utility equipment — zoned air-conditioning systems, high-capacity heat pumps, compressors, machine tools and ventilation units.
Solis S6-EH3P (15–20)K-H is built for maximum PV array performance. It accepts heavily oversized PV arrays and is compatible with modern high-output PV modules (input current up to 21 A per tracker). The inverter integrates easily with auto-start generator sets, supports intelligent load prioritisation and allows up to 6 units in parallel to build powerful local grids.

Start from the site's average daily consumption and the peak load the inverter has to carry in off-grid mode. The power range of each modification and the recommended PV array size for it are listed in the product card under "Key specifications" — for a precise selection, contact a Solis dealer or use the form below.

The list of validated batteries is published on the product page — in the compatible-equipment section, where one has already been compiled for that model. The voltage range (LV or HV, depending on the series) is stated in the technical specifications either way. If there is no list, or the battery you need is not on it, contact the Solis Ukraine technical department — compatibility should be confirmed separately.

Most Solis hybrid and off-grid inverters support connecting a generator with automatic start-up when the battery is discharged. Whether a specific model has this function, and how it is wired, is stated under "Key features" and in the "Technical specifications" table of the product card.

It depends on the series: single-phase models are designed for a 220 V grid, three-phase models for 380/400 V. The exact connection type for a given product is stated in the "Grid phases" card under "Key specifications".
