Solis S6-GU3P (275–350 kW) is an ultra-high-power three-phase grid-tied inverter from the S6 series for industrial and utility-scale high-voltage solar power plants (up to 1500 V DC). It features up to 12–16 MPPT trackers supporting high-current panels, delivers a maximum efficiency of over 99.0% and supports intelligent I-V curve diagnostics together with AFCI protection.

Overview
Solis S6-GU3P (275–350 kW) is an ultra-high-power utility-scale three-phase grid-tied inverter from the sixth series (S6). The model is engineered for megawatt solar power plants, ground-mounted industrial installations and large commercial sites with high-voltage grid connections.
The device converts solar energy directly into a high-voltage three-phase grid without using batteries. This delivers the lowest levelised cost of energy (LCOE), maximum return on investment and rapid payback on large-scale energy projects.
The inverter features a multi-channel MPPT tracker system with support for ultra-high input currents, guaranteeing full compatibility with modern large-format bifacial PV modules in the 182/210 mm cell format. High power density and an advanced cooling system allow the inverter to operate reliably under extreme loads and high ambient temperatures.
Solis S6-GU3P (275–350)K achieves a peak efficiency above 99%, a high IP66 ingress protection rating, integrated arc-fault protection (AFCI) and Type II surge protection, smart I-V curve trace diagnostics, reactive power regulation and integration with digital plant control systems through SolisCloud.

Start from the site's average daily consumption and the peak load the inverter has to carry in off-grid mode. The power range of each modification and the recommended PV array size for it are listed in the product card under "Key specifications" — for a precise selection, contact a Solis dealer or use the form below.

The list of validated batteries is published on the product page — in the compatible-equipment section, where one has already been compiled for that model. The voltage range (LV or HV, depending on the series) is stated in the technical specifications either way. If there is no list, or the battery you need is not on it, contact the Solis Ukraine technical department — compatibility should be confirmed separately.

Most Solis hybrid and off-grid inverters support connecting a generator with automatic start-up when the battery is discharged. Whether a specific model has this function, and how it is wired, is stated under "Key features" and in the "Technical specifications" table of the product card.

It depends on the series: single-phase models are designed for a 220 V grid, three-phase models for 380/400 V. The exact connection type for a given product is stated in the "Grid phases" card under "Key specifications".
