Solis S5-GC (50–60 kW) is a powerful three-phase grid-tied inverter from the S5 series, developed for commercial rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants. It features 5–6 MPPT trackers supporting an input current of up to 32 A per tracker, delivers an efficiency of up to 98.7% and supports AFCI arc-fault protection together with grid export limitation.

Overview
Solis S5-GC (50–60 kW) is a higher-power three-phase grid-tied inverter for industrial and commercial solar power plants aimed at offsetting self-consumption or selling energy under the feed-in tariff. The model is designed for large-scale rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants at factories, agricultural enterprises, business centres and warehouse terminals.
The device operates without batteries, feeding the generated solar energy directly into the site's electrical network. This offsets daytime peaks in grid consumption and delivers strong economic returns with a minimal payback period.
The series is equipped with 5 or 6 independent MPPT trackers supporting high input currents, allowing highly efficient array design on roofs with complex configurations or varying tilt angles. The inverter is fully compatible with today's large-format and bifacial PV modules.
Solis S5-GC (50–60)K delivers efficiency of up to 98.7%, IP66 ingress protection for outdoor installation, integrated arc-fault protection (AFCI), surge protection on the DC and AC sides, plus online monitoring and export limitation (Zero Export).

Start from the site's average daily consumption and the peak load the inverter has to carry in off-grid mode. The power range of each modification and the recommended PV array size for it are listed in the product card under "Key specifications" — for a precise selection, contact a Solis dealer or use the form below.

The list of validated batteries is published on the product page — in the compatible-equipment section, where one has already been compiled for that model. The voltage range (LV or HV, depending on the series) is stated in the technical specifications either way. If there is no list, or the battery you need is not on it, contact the Solis Ukraine technical department — compatibility should be confirmed separately.

Most Solis hybrid and off-grid inverters support connecting a generator with automatic start-up when the battery is discharged. Whether a specific model has this function, and how it is wired, is stated under "Key features" and in the "Technical specifications" table of the product card.

It depends on the series: single-phase models are designed for a 220 V grid, three-phase models for 380/400 V. The exact connection type for a given product is stated in the "Grid phases" card under "Key specifications".
