Solis S6-GC (80–125 kW) is an ultra-high-power three-phase grid-tied inverter from the S6 series for industrial solar plants and large commercial (C&I) facilities. It features 6–8 MPPT trackers supporting an input current of up to 16 A per string, delivers a high efficiency of up to 98.6% and integrates intelligent AFCI protection along with advanced grid export control functions.

Overview
Solis S6-GC (80–125 kW) is the flagship industrial-class three-phase grid-tied inverter of the sixth series (S6), built for powerful commercial and megawatt-scale solar power plants. The series is designed to minimise electricity costs for large industrial enterprises, plants, grain elevators, logistics parks and retail chains, and to operate under the feed-in tariff or in self-consumption mode.
The inverter feeds generation from the PV arrays directly into the site's three-phase grid without any batteries, delivering maximum economic efficiency and a fast project payback.
The model features a multi-channel MPPT system (up to 9–10 independent trackers) with high input current per string, making the most efficient use of complex roof geometries, compensating for shading and fully realising the potential of modern high-power and bifacial PV modules.
Solis S6-GC (80–125)K delivers efficiency of up to 98.7%, high resistance to environmental stress (IP66 ingress protection), integrated arc-fault protection (AFCI) and surge protection on the DC and AC sides. It supports Zero Export to limit energy fed into the external grid, the Anti-PID degradation-prevention function, dynamic reactive power control and monitoring through the SolisCloud platform.

Start from the site's average daily consumption and the peak load the inverter has to carry in off-grid mode. The power range of each modification and the recommended PV array size for it are listed in the product card under "Key specifications" — for a precise selection, contact a Solis dealer or use the form below.

The list of validated batteries is published on the product page — in the compatible-equipment section, where one has already been compiled for that model. The voltage range (LV or HV, depending on the series) is stated in the technical specifications either way. If there is no list, or the battery you need is not on it, contact the Solis Ukraine technical department — compatibility should be confirmed separately.

Most Solis hybrid and off-grid inverters support connecting a generator with automatic start-up when the battery is discharged. Whether a specific model has this function, and how it is wired, is stated under "Key features" and in the "Technical specifications" table of the product card.

It depends on the series: single-phase models are designed for a 220 V grid, three-phase models for 380/400 V. The exact connection type for a given product is stated in the "Grid phases" card under "Key specifications".

Solis equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which in Ukraine is administered by official dealers and authorised service centres.
