Solis S6-GC3P (150 kW) is a new-generation industrial three-phase grid-tied inverter from the S6 series, developed for utility-scale and large commercial solar plants. It features 10 MPPT trackers supporting an input current of up to 15 A per string, delivers a high efficiency of up to 98.8% and supports intelligent AFCI protection together with extended night-time reactive power compensation.

Overview
Solis S6-GC3P 150 kW is an ultra-high-power industrial-class three-phase grid-tied inverter of the sixth series (S6) for large-scale commercial and megawatt-level ground-mounted solar power plants. The model is designed to radically reduce operating electricity costs for large industrial sites, metallurgical and processing plants, hypermarkets, agricultural holdings and logistics centres.
The device feeds solar generation directly into the site's three-phase network without using batteries, displacing as much expensive grid consumption as possible and delivering strong economic returns.
The inverter features an extended MPPT tracker system (up to 7-8 independent MPPTs) with high input current per string and high current capacity per tracker. This makes it possible to integrate the most powerful bifacial PV modules, build long panel strings and deploy arrays on complex sites or rooftops without yield losses caused by current mismatch.
Solis S6-GC3P150K07 delivers a peak efficiency of up to 98.8%, IP66 ingress protection for reliable operation in harsh outdoor conditions, integrated arc-fault protection (AFCI) and Type II surge protection on the DC and AC sides. The inverter supports Zero Export to limit energy fed into the grid, the Anti-PID degradation-prevention mode, dynamic reactive power compensation and smart SolisCloud monitoring.

Start from the site's average daily consumption and the peak load the inverter has to carry in off-grid mode. The power range of each modification and the recommended PV array size for it are listed in the product card under "Key specifications" — for a precise selection, contact a Solis dealer or use the form below.

The list of validated batteries is published on the product page — in the compatible-equipment section, where one has already been compiled for that model. The voltage range (LV or HV, depending on the series) is stated in the technical specifications either way. If there is no list, or the battery you need is not on it, contact the Solis Ukraine technical department — compatibility should be confirmed separately.

Most Solis hybrid and off-grid inverters support connecting a generator with automatic start-up when the battery is discharged. Whether a specific model has this function, and how it is wired, is stated under "Key features" and in the "Technical specifications" table of the product card.

It depends on the series: single-phase models are designed for a 220 V grid, three-phase models for 380/400 V. The exact connection type for a given product is stated in the "Grid phases" card under "Key specifications".
